Shipments are made when payment is received, typically within 24 hours.

Tax is not charged for tea within the United States. Any International duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by your carrier if/when applicable.

 To do our part to help the environment, recycled packing materials are sometimes used, but the safe transportation of your purchase is our priority.

Your personal information goes directly to Paypal, a secure website, which is protected by Verisign.  Only your name, address & order is given to Boulder Tea through secure channels. All other information stays with Paypal. Any personal information received via mail order is also kept private.
